Mono Intuitive

Our inextensible Mono Intuitive injector is small and compact, injects small and medium waxes with a medium daily production of 2.000 pcs with just one operator.

It is characterized by the capability of making very thin and light objects, and the capability of having a constant weight of the wax and it is controlled by an Android tablet with dedicated Apps.

As you can see in the attached pictures, our Intuitive line on injectors is equipped with one transparent melting tank always under vacuum, one vacuum meter for checking the vacuum inside the mold, one RFID microchip reader, a syringe of 8 cmc with final setting up of the temperature and auto-centering clamp with plates of 120x90mm, and it visualizes the pressure graphic in the tablet during the injections.

For special requests the syringe can be increased to 16cmc for a normal injector, while the plates of the clamps can be increased up to 160x180mm opening for a maximum of 85mm.
